Over the period of existence, since 2002 till 2007, used and enforced existing staff and production and technical potential of ZGE at the moment of became stock company, the company prove itself on the supply market of oil and drilling equipment like a successful company with excellent tendencies for development and reliable partner.

            In Russia and CIS OOO “ZavyalovoSpetsService” supplied equipment for OAO Dagneftegaz, OOO Rus-oil, OAO Udmurt national oil company, OAO Udmurtneft-burenie, OAO Udmurttorf, OAO Ukhtaneftegazgeologhiya, etc.

            In December 2005 – January 2006 were supplied 1 drilling rig and 1 rig AP32x40 for well drilling and overhaul for private oil company in Venezuela. In the same place the specialists crew under the supervision of Viktor Kostitsyn, deputy general director of production. During a year the specialists crew was repairing American drilling rigs, which used the customer.

Assembling of 2 drilling rigs in Saratov region (Russia) in 2007 was severe trial for OOO “ZavyalovoSpetsService”. These drilling rigs of high carrying capacity (320 tons) are designed for oil and gas wells drilling with drilling depth capacity 5000-7000 meters. Almost 20 years the plant Uralmash hasn’t been produced this type of drilling rigs, because the companies which supplied accessorises for drilling rigs fall into decay or are declared bankrupt. However, the collective of OOO “ZavyalovoSpetsService” took responsibility and realized the severe task. The drilling rig was completed with necessary equipment, which was designed and produced on technical base of OOO “ZavyalovoSpetsService”. Also specialists of OOO “ZavyalovoSpetsService” assembled the drilling rig.

It was not easy project even for experienced employees. The dimensions of drilling rig are 70 meters wide and 62 meters height (previous drilling rigs were not more 18 meters height). Modern electric equipment for drilling rig remote control also was assembled by specialists of OOO “ZavyalovoSpetsService”. Assembling of drilling rig was exam of professionalism, work coordination and ability to orientate in difficult situation for collective. OOO “ZavyalovoSpetsService” staff passed the exam successfully. Priceless experienced which they got during that works is one step more in the company development.
